Black Kettle Bistro’s First Cooking Class A Success

Black Kettle Bistro launched a series of cooking classes and the first class was held Sunday and helped kick off Winter Bites 2010.

It was a great turnout of 11 for the first class, Soups & Stews. The numbers are limited to 20 to allow for a more intimate setting for people to get to know each other and have some fun…social and educational!

The next class, Appetizers, takes place on February 21, 2010 where you can learn how to make simple yet elegant and impressive appetizers. What you learn will be perfect for any party or family function. Tickets are $30.

Look to the Winter Bites event listings to see more Winter Bites events happening throughout the week.

This class rocked and was first class. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Where else can you get to spend over 2 hours with a premier Windsor Chef picking his or her knowledge? The value was well worth it.
