Our first Wine Club of the year is fast approaching. This is a new and exciting monthly event that was held last year for one evening by Mezzo Ristorante and Lounge. We thought it was such a great idea that we wanted bring it back again this year.
Adriano, Jill and I attended the first wine club session which was hosted by Mark Muzzin of Aleksander Estate Winery. Wow. Did he ever know his stuff! It was such a great evening out and we had a really fantastic time. Mark taught us all about what to look for in wine, how to pick out different flavours, ideas on pairings. Mezzo provided delicious appetizers to go along with the wines.
The first of the WindsorEats and Mezzo Ristorante Wine Club sessions this year takes place Wednesday, March 25. The tickets are $25 per session and includes tastings, appetizers and a great night out. Or you can purchase all three sessions for $70.
