Summer is in full swing and the July burger of the month at Garfield’s in Colchester is a-maize-ing! 🌽 This Mexican street corn burger features a half-pound beef patty from @uptownmeatsdeli , topped with chipotle aioli and a creamy sweet corn salad full of feta cheese, jalapeños, red peppers, and red onion. It’s ear-resistable!

Mmmm. Tuna tartare!  Amherstburg’s Pepper Cat serves it up with avocado, cucumber, shallot, serrano pepper, toasted sesame seeds, and fried wontons. Meeeeow!

They’ve been serving guests in Downtown Windsor for what feels like an eternity, but The Cook’s Shop seems to have really kicked it up another notch in the last little while. Get there and try this octopus that is marinated with honey and tarragon, grilled, and served over nduja romesco, kalamata olives, crispy capers and accompanied with squid ink aioli.

This one is for all their friends who have missing Georgia Rae’s. The “burger” of the month at Mamo Burger sees a return on the popular Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich which was served at their now defunct sister restaurant, Georgia Rae’s.

However, this one is new and improved, featuring pickle brined chicken, seasoned with your choice of spice level, and topped with jalapeno slaw, pickles, and MamO sauce. It’s available in southern, mild, medium, and hot.
